It's been very quiet on the blog lately, and for that I apologize. I just started a new job at a university (can you say free access to a fantastic research library???) and it has been brain-draining.
But that doesn't mean I haven't been finding lots of great things to review.
A glimpse of some upcoming reviews:
City of Women by David R. Gillham, historical fiction set in Berlin in 1943.
The Pianist - an award-winning motion picture about the survival of Polish Jewish pianist Wladyslaw Szpilman during World War II.
A European Past - a memoir from a history professor who saw the Nazis rise to power firsthand.
Thanks for your patience - and stay tuned!
